I am pleased to inform you that you shall be the guest of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism during your upcoming visit to Cyprus – arriving July 11th, departing July 14th, 2002.

We are enclosing your air ticket London-Larnaca-London. Please review the dates and times in order that they correspond with your connecting flights from the United States.

The Ministry is arranging hotel accommodations for you at the Forum Hotel Nicosia, Gr, Dhigenis Ave., P.O.Box 21390, 2408 Egkomi, Nicosia-Cyprus, Tel: (357) 22-356-666; Fax: (357) 22-351-918, on a bed and breakfast basis.

During your visit, meetings will be arranged with Ministry officials in order to discuss upcoming promotional campaign for CYPRIA brand fruits in the U.S. As mentioned to you previously, the Ministry is committed in supporting the CYPRIA brand name in the U.S. with a marketing and advertising campaign. Your guidance and recommendations are necessary in order to carry out this campaign successfully.

I shall inform you in due course of the time and date of the meeting at the Ministry in order that you will able to also schedule your other appointments with your suppliers.
